About the role

The Communications Manager at Girls Not Brides translates organisational priorities and the communications vision into coordinated, audience‑focused delivery. Working closely with the Head of Communications and cross‑functional teams, the role supports influence, fundraising, partnership development and engagement with priority audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead communications planning, messaging and quality assurance across media, editorial, digital and storytelling channels.
• Ensure communications operate as an integrated function aligned with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate outputs that support organisational influence, fundraising and partnership development.
• Collaborate with global team members, accommodating different time zones and occasional travel.
