About the role

The Communications Officer II will manage internal and external communications, enhance the Authority’s visibility and support branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Support implementation of communications policies, strategies, guidelines and standards.
  • Monitor public perception and provide advice to senior management.
  • Prepare press releases, speeches, scripts, publications, social media and web content.
  • Implement outreach programmes to raise the Authority’s profile.
  • Assist in managing the Authority’s brand and ensure consistent application.
  • Organise corporate affairs events and public‑relations initiatives.
  • Consolidate data for internal and external communications reports.
  • Maintain communications records and implement risk‑mitigation measures.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
