Construction Engineer / Manager – Hotel Projects (Nigeria relocation)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Civil/Construction Engineers and Site Managers to lead hotel construction projects in Nigeria. The positions cover project, finishing, and structural management, offering an expatriate package and the chance to work on high‑end hospitality developments.

Key responsibilities

• Project Managers: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with international quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Finishing Managers: Direct luxury interior fit‑outs, coordinate finishing trades, and guarantee precise execution of high‑end specifications.
• Structural (Skeleton) Managers: Lead all structural and concrete works, maintaining structural integrity and adhering to complex architectural designs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in hotel construction.
• Previous work on projects in Africa is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multicultural on‑site teams.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
