Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our construction crews. In this role you will coordinate daily site activities, ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of quality while acting as the primary point of contact for crew members.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and train new crew members to build a skilled workforce.
• Monitor crew performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Educate all staff on safety regulations and building codes to ensure compliance.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and that required materials and equipment are available to avoid delays.
• Identify problems on site and develop feasible, practical solutions.
