- Develop exercise packs and activities for 4K Club learners and community groups, including worksheets, visual aids and job aids.
- Pilot the materials with a first cohort of trainers, then revise the package based on feedback.
- Deliver an inception report, training needs assessment findings, draft and final materials, and a pilot workshop report.
Required profile
- At least 7 years of experience designing and delivering training for smallholder farmers, schools or community groups.
- Proven record of developing ToT manuals, facilitator guides and participatory training materials.
- Advanced degree preferred; multi-disciplinary background in agriculture, agribusiness, extension, nutrition or community development.
- Knowledge of school feeding and school nutrition programmes.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
Required skills
