About the role

Join Chroma Craft Media as a Content Creator Intern and gain hands‑on experience in visual storytelling. You will work on‑site in Kenya, collaborating with a passionate creative team to produce engaging video and digital content for brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video and digital assets.
• Assist the production team with pre‑production tasks such as script ideas and shot‑list creation.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes footage and support filming sessions.
• Organise media assets and edit short‑form clips for social platforms.
• Support social‑media content scheduling, basic copywriting, and performance tracking under senior guidance.

Required profile

• Foundational content‑creation skills, including basic video shooting and photo capture.
• Introductory editing experience using mobile editors or simple desktop applications.
• Creative storytelling ability and a keen eye for visual composition.
• Awareness of major social‑media platforms, audience engagement tactics, and trending content styles.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Enrollment in or completion of studies in media, film, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cameras, basic lighting, or design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
