Content Executive

About the role

The Content Executive will support communications for agricultural and real‑estate operations, handling everything from content capture to publishing and website management. This hands‑on role blends field work with digital execution to keep internal and external audiences engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Capture photos, videos and interviews across sites and document key activities.
• Produce short‑form and long‑form content and maintain an organised content library.
• Schedule and publish content on multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Support community management and internal staff communications, including announcements and event documentation.
• Update website CMS, align web content with social channels, and track performance metrics.
• Assist with monthly reporting and refine outputs based on engagement data.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or media production.
• Strong photography and videography abilities.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience managing social‑media accounts.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
• Comfortable working in field environments and willing to work on‑site in Bomet.
