Creative Producer – Female‑Oriented Digital Products

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the creative direction of globally scaled digital products aimed at building meaningful online connections for a female‑oriented audience. Based in Kenya, you will blend creativity, data insights, and emerging AI technologies to shape high‑performing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise creative strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Own the end‑to‑end creative testing framework, from hypothesis creation to optimisation rules.
• Generate creative concepts and detailed briefs based on performance insights, competitor research and industry trends.
• Coordinate with designers and AI‑powered content production workflows to deliver assets.
• Partner with user acquisition teams to execute tests, analyse outcomes and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS and retention.
• Maintain a knowledge base of successful themes, messaging angles and performance drivers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing or similar high‑volume creative environments (e‑commerce, gaming, dating).
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven video and image generation tools.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience handling large datasets, dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Excellent creative briefing skills, able to define hypotheses, references and production guidelines.

Required skills

• AI video/image generation tools such as Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, HeyGen.
• Data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Spreadsheet management for performance metrics.
