About the role
Kuzana, Kenya's leading acceleration fund for profitable companies, is seeking a Creative Producer to transform ideas, founder stories, podcasts and events into compelling content. This part‑time, hybrid position will work one day per week on‑site and the rest remotely, delivering high‑impact multimedia for the fund and its portfolio companies.
Key responsibilities
- Produce around 20 publishable pieces of content each week from roughly four original ideas.
- Shoot and edit short videos, podcasts, advertisements, posters, carousel posts and YouTube material.
- Repurpose strong concepts across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp.
- Assist in converting the “Finance for Founders” program into a polished online course.
- Create bespoke content for Kuzana’s portfolio companies.
- Help coordinate creative production for the annual Finale event.
Required profile
- Creative individual with a proven ability to generate and execute multiple content ideas weekly.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a support resource for posting and view optimisation.
