CRM, Systems and Data Specialist

About the role

The CRM, Systems and Data Specialist leads the management, development and continuous improvement of MSF Eastern Africa’s CRM and fundraising systems. The role ensures the platforms are secure, scalable and aligned with the fundraising strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the CRM and connected fundraising systems, manage user access, configurations and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee donor data processing, imports, reconciliations and ensure high data quality and compliance with data‑protection policies.
• Lead CRM development projects, integrations, workflow automation and maintain a prioritized development backlog.
• Assess, select and implement a CRM solution that meets current and future fundraising needs, coordinating with ICT and vendors.
• Analyse donor and campaign data, build dashboards and provide insights to support fundraising strategy.
• Support digital fundraising by designing automated donor journeys and ensuring seamless integration with payment platforms and marketing tools.
