About the role
Join a fast‑paced EdTech team that powers the 2‑Hour Learning model, helping students master content in just two focused hours each day. Working remotely, you will turn AI‑generated performance data into actionable interventions that boost mastery and confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Create precise academic data reports, analyze anomalies, and initiate corrective actions within 48 hours.
- Conduct rapid‑response intervention calls and post‑assessment coaching to remove learning blockers.
- Assess, integrate, and prototype new educational applications and AI/LLM tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, tools, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor evolves.
Required profile
- Proven experience in data science, EdTech, or a student‑support role with analytical and interpersonal duties.
- Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and a student‑focused coaching style.
- Track record of building workflows and automations using AI.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (as indicated in the posting).
Required skills
- Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
- AI and large‑language‑model (LLM) prototyping.
