Customer Care Representative – German Speaking

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic German‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to join our team in Kenya. You will provide multilingual support to European and American customers via phone, email, chat and video calls, ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries through phone, email and live chat.
• Provide product information, troubleshooting guidance and after‑sales assistance.
• Create, manage and follow up on support tickets until resolution.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams and give timely feedback.
• Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues for process improvement.
• Meet performance targets for email, call and chat handling.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Required profile

• College diploma or higher.
• Fluent in English and German (B2/C1 or above); neutral or American‑accent English preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support or after‑sales.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work European and American time zones, including weekends or night shifts.
• Professional appearance and comfort with video‑based support.

Required skills

• German language proficiency (B2/C1).
• English language proficiency (neutral/American accent).
