Customer Service Engineer – CT (Craiova)

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Customer Service Engineer specialized in CT systems, based in Craiova. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality installation, maintenance and support for Siemens medical imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance for healthcare customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service tasks, installation and preventive maintenance of CT and related Siemens Healthcare equipment on‑site.
• Follow Siemens Healthcare SRL processes and procedures, documenting all activities and customer visits.
• Manage spare parts and materials, ensuring timely return and accurate completion of technical forms.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the Service Manager when necessary.
• Provide technical advice and training to customers to enhance equipment utilization.

Required profile

• Technical degree in medical engineering, electronics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar service engineering role.
• Strong electro‑mechanical knowledge and familiarity with radiology/CT equipment.
• Advanced English; German is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with willingness to travel for on‑site assignments.
