Customer Service Engineer – CT (Iasi)

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Customer Service Engineer focused on CT equipment in Iasi. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing advanced medical imaging devices, ensuring optimal performance for healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service tasks, installation, and preventive maintenance on Siemens CT and related medical equipment.
• Follow Siemens Healthcare SRL processes and procedures accurately.
• Report on‑site activities and customer visits in a timely manner.
• Manage spare parts and materials, ensuring correct logistics and completion of technical return forms.
• Resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary and informing the Service Manager of complaints.

Required profile

• Higher technical education in medical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar service engineering role.
• Electro‑mechanical knowledge and familiarity with radiology equipment are strong assets.
• Advanced English proficiency; German knowledge is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to travel for on‑site assignments.
