About the role
Influx is seeking enthusiastic, voice‑capable agents to join a fast‑growing team that supports a client in the audio and in‑store media technology space. The role blends customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, and sales support for music streaming and sound‑management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice channels.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities during calls.
- Troubleshoot audio and streaming issues and guide clients to effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
- Provide courteous, professional responses and ensure proper monitoring of client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service‑related problems.
Required profile
- At least 5 of the following: prior voice‑based call‑center experience, strong English communication skills, CRM usage experience, technical troubleshooting ability, detail‑oriented record‑keeping, knowledge of music streaming platforms, fast learning and multitasking.
- Empathetic approach with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Technical troubleshooting of audio/streaming issues.
- Familiarity with music streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music.
- Basic knowledge of audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers).
