About the role
We are seeking a friendly and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join the front desk team at Stream Valley Veterinary Hospital. This full‑time position supports our busy veterinary practice by providing excellent service to pet owners and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and greet clients.
- Register new clients and patients, maintain and update medical records.
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and prescription processing.
- Handle over‑the‑counter sales, mailings, and financial transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent typing speed and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for animals and a customer‑focused attitude.
