Customer Success Manager – AI‑Powered Affiliate Platform

About the role

Scaleo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own customer relationships, drive product adoption, and help clients achieve measurable business results on its AI‑powered affiliate marketing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding, platform setup, technical integrations and successful product launches.
• Build strong relationships, provide product training, promote feature adoption and support clients in reaching business objectives.
• Monitor customer health, identify risks early, resolve issues and manage contract renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Collect feedback, understand evolving needs and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Customer Success or a similar customer‑facing role within an established B2B SaaS or IT product company.
• Hands‑on experience managing B2B customer relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Proactive, customer‑centric mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience working in a structured customer‑facing team in a mature B2B product environment.
• Ability to anticipate challenges, identify risks and resolve issues before escalation.
• Independent work style with strong prioritisation and follow‑through.
