Customer Success Quality Advisor

About the role

As a Customer Success Quality Advisor you will ensure that every interaction between our Customer Success team and clients meets the highest standards. You will coach specialists, develop training resources, and turn insights into actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of Customer Success interactions, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide structured feedback, run workshops, and support onboarding and development of new CS team members.
• Create and maintain training materials, knowledge bases, and Help Center content.
• Support CS tools such as Zendesk, optimizing workflows and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, Product, and other stakeholders to translate CS insights into process, tool, and product enhancements.
• Assist with the rollout and communication of product, policy, and compliance updates, including GDPR requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a related field; experience in quality, training, or CS operations is a strong advantage.
• Confident in delivering clear, constructive feedback and facilitating coaching sessions.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, able to juggle multiple projects.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong communicator and team player who can collaborate across fast‑growing teams.

What we offer

• Gross salary of €1,700 – €2,100 per month.
• Hybrid work model (4 days onsite in Vilnius, 1 day remote).
