Data & Analytics Internship

About the role

Charlie’s Travels is looking for a motivated IT & Data Intern to support the IT & Data team. This six‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in data management, digital tools and how technology underpins an international travel business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise company data and databases, including data entry, cleaning and quality checks.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, dashboards and other data‑related deliverables.
• Identify data inconsistencies or gaps and assist in finding solutions.
• Provide basic IT support to colleagues and help maintain digital systems and documentation.
• Assist with testing new tools, automations, integrations and system improvements.

Required profile

• Interest in data analysis, IT, automation, web technologies and AI.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive, with good communication skills.
• Educational background in data science, software engineering, mathematics or related field.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
