Delivery Driver – Title & Escrow Documents

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to handle the timely and accurate delivery of title and escrow documents for TitleOne Corporation in Idaho Falls. The role involves transporting sensitive paperwork, loan packages, and other materials to clients, lenders, and partners while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver title, escrow, loan packages, commission checks, and other documents to designated recipients.
• Exchange personal checks for cashier’s checks at banks or credit unions as needed.
• Maintain delivery vehicle, recording repairs, oil changes, tune‑ups, and washes.
• Assist with office tasks such as purchasing supplies, handling front‑desk duties, and supporting the team on miscellaneous projects.
• Ensure compliance with delivery schedules, document handling procedures, and customer service standards.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a mandatory drug test.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
