Deployment Officer – Single Data Entry (SDE) Program

About the role

The Single Data Entry (SDE) project is a transformational initiative that automates supply‑chain data capture using QR codes and OCR. As a Deployment Officer, you will lead the field rollout of this solution across MSF missions, ensuring users are trained, the system is operational, and performance is monitored.

Key responsibilities

• Validate readiness checks and coordinate deployment logistics in designated missions.
• Conduct on‑site training sessions for end‑users and provide post‑deployment support.
• Engage with local stakeholders to secure buy‑in and address operational concerns.
• Collect user feedback, monitor system performance, and report on deployment outcomes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous optimisation of the SDE solution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in deploying technology solutions in field or humanitarian settings.
• Strong ability to deliver training and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Capacity to work independently in remote environments and adapt to changing conditions.
