Design Consultant - Eldoret

About the role

The Design Consultant will work in the Eldoret showroom, generating leads, providing expert product advice and driving sales. The role combines customer service, sales targets and after‑sales support to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Engage clients with timely communication on promotions, new arrivals and restocked items.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and assemble furniture when required.
• Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate deals and manage order processing, invoicing and payments.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse, logistics and front‑desk teams and provide after‑sales follow‑up.
• Support visual merchandising by contributing ideas for showroom displays and collaborate on operational improvements.
