DevOps Manager (Azure) – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

In All Media is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead infrastructure engineering and operational readiness for a high‑impact power management platform. The role is fully remote, open to candidates across LATAM, and requires close collaboration with US‑based teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own CI/CD, deployment, release, and operational readiness across Azure cloud and edge Kubernetes environments.
• Consolidate fragmented CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps) into a unified, canonical standard.
• Build golden‑path pipeline templates to enable production‑ready services from day one.
• Design repeatable, auditable, versioned, and reversible deployment pipelines for disconnected or intermittently connected edge sites.
• Define and enforce operational readiness criteria, including observability, alerting, runbooks, and on‑call rotation.
• Manage the full incident lifecycle, conduct blameless post‑mortems, and track remediation.
• Integrate automated security gates (container scanning, dependency scanning, secret detection, SBOM, signed artifacts, policy‑as‑code) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Line‑manage a near‑shore team of DevOps, MLOps, and QA automation engineers, handling 1‑on‑1s, performance goals, hiring, and DORA metric reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of hands‑on DevOps leadership or engineering management experience.
• Proven track record running Kubernetes in production across cloud and edge environments.
• Deep technical expertise with Azure services and cloud‑native tooling.
