Digital Communications & Community Manager

About the role

We are a creative studio seeking an experienced Digital Communications & Community Manager to lead the online presence of purpose‑driven brands and initiatives. You will work closely with our in‑house creative team to design and execute digital campaigns that raise awareness, drive engagement, and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital communications and community‑building strategies across social media, websites, YouTube and other digital touchpoints.
• Plan content calendars, coordinate production with creative teams, and publish engaging copy.
• Design, launch and optimise paid media campaigns.
• Grow and nurture online communities, measuring performance and providing strategic recommendations.
• Analyse campaign data to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital communications, community management or digital marketing.
• Background working with NGOs, foundations, social‑impact or other purpose‑driven organisations.
• Exceptional storytelling, editing and copywriting abilities.
• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for using digital tools to create meaningful impact.
