Digital Content Creator

About the role

GY Group Real Estate is seeking a creative Digital Content Creator to join its Marketing team in Nairobi. You will produce premium visual content that showcases off‑plan developments, construction progress, project launches and the brand across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high‑quality video and photographic material for marketing campaigns.
• Create short‑form and long‑form content for social media, websites, paid ads and email marketing.
• Capture construction progress, property showcases, events and company activities.
• Transform architectural renders, CGI visuals and floor plans into compelling stories.
• Perform professional video editing, including colour grading, motion graphics, captions, sound enhancement and platform optimisation.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaign briefs and maintain content calendars.
• Organise and maintain a digital asset library and production files.
• Ensure all output aligns with GY Group’s premium brand standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in videography, photography and digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and editing expertise.
• Experience in real‑estate or architectural visualisation is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Hands‑on experience using professional cameras, lighting, stabilisers and audio equipment.
• Ability to edit video to a professional standard, including colour grading and motion graphics.
