Digital Marketing & Brand Content Officer

About the role

Inuka Africa Limited, a microcredit institution founded in 2011 that supports micro and small businesses, farmers and agribusinesses, is looking for a digital storyteller who turns ideas into campaigns, customer stories into content and social media audiences into business growth. The role covers video creation, social media management, branding and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, shoot and edit scroll-stopping videos, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and customer stories
• Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp channel platforms
• Develop graphics, campaigns and consistent brand experiences
• Drive qualified leads, customer applications and funded loans through measurable campaigns
• Use insights, trends and analytics to make each campaign smarter and more effective

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation
• Proven experience managing business or organisational social media accounts
• Ability to produce 20-25 content assets and 18-20 short-form videos per month

Required skills

• Video production, editing, graphic design and content planning
• Meta Business Suite, TikTok publishing tools and digital analytics
• Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
