Director, GenBI Solutions (Data & Analytics)

About the role

We are looking for a visionary leader to head our Data/Analytics/Performance Management team. The Director will drive data‑led transformation, operational excellence, and strategic insights across core banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute data‑driven strategies to automate processes, improve efficiency, and support decision‑making.
• Build analytical frameworks that turn operational data into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, identify bottlene‑cks, and manage end‑to‑end improvement projects.
• Steer large‑scale transformation and change‑management programs, ensuring successful adoption of new tools and methodologies.
• Apply deep banking domain knowledge (payments, trade finance, loan operations, etc.) to establish KPIs and performance metrics.
• Oversee ETL processes to guarantee data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
• Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and MicroStrategy.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and front‑office teams while mentoring junior analysts.
• Present findings to senior leadership and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in banking operations and data analytics.
• Proven track record of delivering operational improvements and large‑scale transformations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
• Tableau.
• Power BI.
• MicroStrategy (MSTR).
