DMS Super User

About the role

The DMS Super User will be responsible for the effective administration and utilization of the Distributor Management System (DMS) for a leading EABL distributor in Kitale. This role supports sales operations, monitors inventory and purchase plans, and delivers accurate business reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure 100% DMS usage by all Van Sales Representatives and administer the system.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly DMS performance and sales reports.
• Monitor sales against targets, provide insights and investigate data discrepancies.
• Manage purchase plans, maintain stock records and track stock movement within the DMS.
• Prepare daily route settlement and cash collection reports.
• Ensure all sales transactions are captured and closed correctly in the DMS.
• Support route compliance monitoring and structured call adherence through system reporting.
• Provide training, support and troubleshooting for DMS users.
• Liaise with EABL representatives and other stakeholders on DMS matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG distribution, sales operations, inventory management or DMS administration.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional integrity, accountability and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Distributor Management System (DMS) platforms.
