About the role
Pekay Brothers Ltd., an EABL Distributor, is seeking an experienced DMS Super User to join our team in Thika. The role involves managing daily DMS operations and supporting sales and distribution processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day DMS operations.
- Maintain DMS master data including customers, products, users, salesmen, routes and promotions.
- Generate and analyse sales, stock, inventory and performance reports.
- Support sales, stock movement, route settlement and back‑office processes.
- Provide DMS user support and training.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve system‑related issues.
Required profile
- Proven DMS experience is mandatory.
- Must have worked as a DMS Super User or in a similar DMS role within an EABL Distributor.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant DMS experience.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
- Strong Excel, reporting and data analysis skills.
- Good understanding of sales, stock and distribution operations.
