Door to Door Sales Representative

About the role

The Door to Door Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Donholm, Embakasi, Nairobi, promoting ClensySoaps’ range of affordable cleaning and personal‑care products directly to households. The role focuses on building customer relationships, delivering product information, and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell ClensySoaps products to potential customers door‑to‑door.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report results.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Familiarity with the beauty and personal‑care industry.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior door‑to‑door sales experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic smartphone literacy for record‑keeping.

What we offer

• Base salary of 17,500 KES per month.
• 10 % commission on achieved targets, reviewed monthly.
• Two‑month probation period.
