- Structure, upload and maintain product listings including SKU codes, pack sizes, technical specs, categorisation, search tags and approved pricing.
- Cleanse and format bulk data using Excel or Google Sheets, applying VLOOKUP and other data‑structuring functions.
- Obtain product images and technical documentation from suppliers, then crop, resize and optimise images to site standards.
- Write clear, commercial and customer‑friendly product descriptions.
- Collaborate with the web developer to test user journeys (search, filtering, cart, checkout, payment) and track UI/UX bugs or data sync errors to resolution.
- Set up initial product collections, featured items, seasonal bundles and cross‑sell rules, ensuring pricing and stock align with warehouse inventory.
- Support early order processing, coordinate dispatches with fulfillment teams and handle routine customer product inquiries.
Required profile
- 1–3 years experience in e‑commerce catalogue management, retail data entry, digital merchandising or inventory administration.
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for incorrect units of measure or mismatched pricing.
- Excellent written English and comfort working in an agile startup environment.
- Familiarity with agriculture, agro‑inputs, veterinary products or FMCG distribution is highly desirable.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, data structuring, clean imports/exports).
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms or ERPs such as ERPNext.
