Early Career HR Graduate Programme

About the role

Kerry’s Early Career HR Programme is a permanent, full‑time position that launches a structured two‑year development journey. From day one you will work on real HR challenges, receive mentorship from global leaders, and rotate across key HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to implement HR best practices and support talent acquisition.
• Gain exposure to HR centres of expertise such as Organisational Effectiveness, Learning & Talent Development, and HR Business Partnering.
• Influence strategic decisions and performance within specific business functions.
• Contribute to specialist areas like Reward, Sustainability, Transformation, Employee Relations, and Engagement.

Required profile

• On track for a degree or equivalent in a Business‑related discipline, preferably Human Resources.
• Between 6 months and 3 years of work experience.
• Ambitious, curious, open‑minded and agile.
• Graduate or soon‑to‑be graduate, fluent in English and ideally another language.
• Eligible to work permanently in the location of the role.
