Early Phase Project Manager – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking an Early Phase Project Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to lead the development, conduct, and completion of early‑phase clinical research projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client communications, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest GCP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all study management activities for early‑phase projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Maintain effective relationships with external customers, investigators, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and clinical delivery leads.
• Facilitate project kick‑off meetings and oversee feasibility planning and site selection.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing early‑phase clinical trial projects.
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
