East Africa Business Development & Operations Manager

About the role

DTV Africa is expanding its television subscription reseller and distributor network across Africa and seeks an experienced Business Development & Operations Manager to lead the East African region, focusing on Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage resellers, distributors and sales agents.
• Develop relationships with ISPs, satellite TV installers, electronics retailers and technology businesses.
• Manage incoming enquiries and conduct online sales meetings.
• Convert prospects into paying business and coordinate day‑to‑day regional operations.
• Maintain accurate prospect and reseller records and submit daily activity reports to the business owner.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, channel development or distributor management.
• Established commercial contacts in African markets.
• Fluent spoken and written English; French is a significant advantage.
• Reliable internet access and ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
