Educational Mentor – Entrepreneurship Program (Volunteer)

About the role

EUSMS is seeking experienced professionals to serve as Educational Mentors for its Entrepreneurship Program. Mentors will guide participants through practical business concepts, helping them translate theory into real‑world actions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate learning sessions within your area of expertise.
• Explain entrepreneurial concepts in an accessible, practical manner.
• Assist participants in applying content to their own ventures.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance on business ideas.
• Support mentoring exercises and overall participant development.
• Collaborate with the broader Entrepreneurship Program team.

Required profile

• Relevant academic, professional, entrepreneurial or consulting background.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in at least one of the listed expertise areas.
• Ability to link concepts to real business situations.
• Clear communication and mentoring skills.
• Reliability and a collaborative mindset within an international team.
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
