About the role
The Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) Trainer will deliver instructional sessions to students at Rift Valley National Polytechnic, focusing on core concepts and practical applications in electrical engineering and telecommunications.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials and laboratory sessions covering electrical engineering and telecommunications topics.
- Develop teaching materials, including presentations, handouts and assessment tools.
- Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes and practical exams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students pursuing careers in the telecom sector.
Required profile
- Diploma in a related electrical engineering or telecommunications course.
- Industry experience is an added advantage.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
- Understanding of telecommunications systems and technologies.
