EMEA Compensation Analyst

About the role
The Compensation Analyst will support the Europe and Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region, partnering with Global Rewards and local compensation leads. You will help shape compensation strategies, administer programs, and provide data‑driven insights across a dynamic business environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide compensation recommendations and reporting in data analytics, performance management, and compensation administration.
- Support administrative tasks related to compensation, benefits, and sales compensation for the global EMEA C&B team.
- Assist in job banding reviews by analyzing job responsibilities, duties, requirements, and organizational structure.
- Develop compensation packages for internal and external hires and review offers.
- Support implementation and ongoing administration of compensation systems, including Workday.
- Participate in the year‑end compensation planning process.
- Collaborate with HR partners and recruiters on compensation‑related questions.
- Conduct C&B analytics to generate insights that drive compensation actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of compensation experience (strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits (C&B) practices and HR processes.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, strong time‑management and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Workday compensation administration system.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data‑analysis functions.
