Employee Engagement & Culture Officer

About the role

DigitalQatalyst is looking for an energetic Culture Champion to strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and organizational culture. You will embed the company’s values into daily work, support onboarding, and provide insights that drive a high‑performing, collaborative workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and reinforce core values and desired workplace behaviours across all teams.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives that encourage collaboration and a positive culture.
• Observe and assess engagement, communication, and collaboration patterns, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Escalate recurring behavioural or engagement challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Support onboarding by helping new hires understand culture, values, and expectations.
• Facilitate team‑building activities, workshops, and structured interaction sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on engagement activities, behavioural trends, and culture initiatives.
• Prepare regular insights for management on engagement, collaboration, and workplace culture.
• Collaborate with HR, team leaders, and stakeholders to implement culture‑enhancement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational culture, learning & development, HR, coaching or similar people‑focused role.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments such as digital agencies, technology firms, or consulting.
• Familiarity with Agile or collaborative project delivery environments is desirable.
