About the role
This internship is part of the Engineering (Packaging) program at Diageo in Nairobi. Interns will be actively involved in real business projects, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment while learning from seasoned professionals across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Work on practical packaging engineering projects that contribute to business objectives.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and leaders to develop solutions.
- Apply academic knowledge to real‑world challenges and build a professional network.
Required profile
- Currently in the 3rd year or final year of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Must be on a break/holiday from studies during the internship period.
- Intends to continue education after the internship or is awaiting graduation.
- Graduates who completed studies more than 12 months ago are not eligible.
