Enterprise Business Analyst – AI Enablement

About the role

The Co-operative Bank of Kenya is seeking an Enterprise Business Analyst to lead AI enablement initiatives within its Digital Products & Innovation Factory. Reporting to the Head of Digital Products and Innovation, you will translate business opportunities into AI‑driven solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and translate AI and digital transformation opportunities into clear business requirements, use cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop business cases, conduct feasibility and impact assessments, and track benefits for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, architecture, engineering, data, governance, security, operations) to design, test, implement, and roll out AI solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder alignment, change management, and operational readiness for AI‑enabled solutions.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, audit, regulatory, and operational control requirements through proper documentation and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Transformation, Digital Delivery, Product Delivery or Analytics‑Enabled Change within a complex organization.
• Master’s degree or professional certification in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, Product Ownership, Process Improvement or Project Management is an advantage.
• Exposure or training in AI, analytics, automation, process redesign or data governance is a plus.
