About the role
The Event Executive will keep the information board up‑to‑date, support colleagues with sales‑related duties and manage lead assignments. You will create and maintain spreadsheets, verify sales data in the system and resolve guest inquiries. The role also involves promoting the brand, up‑selling packages and ensuring a safe, professional environment for guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Update the information board regularly to communicate important events.
- Assist employees struggling with sales targets and assign lead calls or emails based on rotation.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for mailing lists, tours and other sales activities.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales information in the designated software.
- Respond to guest calls, requests or problems and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally, using sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in event management, food & beverage, sales & marketing or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a 5‑star hotel or luxury service environment.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet creation and data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
