Executive Driver

About the role

The Executive Driver will provide safe, punctual, and discreet transportation for the CEO of Vivo Fashion Group. This role requires a professional attitude, excellent driving skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Chauffeuring the CEO to meetings, airports, events, and personal engagements, ensuring arrival ahead of schedule.
• Planning routes using real‑time traffic, road closures, and security information in coordination with the Executive Assistant.
• Maintaining the executive vehicle’s cleanliness, fuel level, and mechanical condition; arranging servicing, insurance, and licensing.
• Conducting daily pre‑trip inspections and reporting any faults immediately.
• Driving defensively, staying alert to security risks, and adhering to all traffic laws.
• Upholding strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s schedule, conversations, and contacts.
• Assisting with luggage, documents, and occasional errands related to the CEO’s duties.
• Being available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and short‑notice schedule changes.

Required profile

• Valid Class B/C driver’s license with a clean record for at least 5 years.
• 3–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably chauffeuring senior executives or VIPs.
• Secondary school certificate; additional training in customer service, security awareness, or basic vehicle mechanics is a plus.
• Certificate of good conduct and clearance from background checks.
• Physical fitness to handle luggage and remain alert during long hours.
