External Marketer

About the role

The External Marketer will promote Medprime Training College’s courses through field activities, generate leads, and support student enrolment targets across assigned locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, community outreach, school visits and promotional activities to raise awareness of the college.
• Identify and engage prospective students via field activations, referrals, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and community networks.
• Promote courses, explain admission requirements and work towards assigned enrolment targets.
• Follow up leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and physical visits to convert them into confirmed enrolments.
• Develop partnerships with schools, organisations, healthcare facilities and community leaders.
• Research new recruitment opportunities, monitor competitors and recommend field marketing strategies.
• Submit daily reports on activities, leads, follow‑ups, applications and enrolments.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct fieldwork, engage diverse audiences and meet measurable targets.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with smartphones, email and WhatsApp for business communication.
• Self‑driven, organised, results‑oriented and willing to travel within assigned locations.
