Field Account Manager

About the role

ReSupply is looking for a relationship‑driven Field Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of nonprofit partners. You will work directly in the field, building trust‑based relationships, supporting partner retention, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for nonprofit partners, conducting regular in‑person engagements.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, focusing on partner success, retention, and expansion.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the assigned region.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure partners are set up for success.
• Proactively spot challenges and recommend value‑adding solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Track account activity and maintain accurate reporting in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and adaptability, with experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders, including senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication and independent work skills.
• High level of organization, accountability, and follow‑through.
• Interest in mission‑driven work and creating meaningful impact.
