About the role

Together for Inclusion (TOFI) is seeking a Field Co-ordinator to lead the design, delivery and quality of its programmes in the Garissa and Dadaab areas of Kenya. The role is central to ensuring that all activities comply with TOFI policies and that staff operate safely in challenging environments.

Key responsibilities

Provide leadership in the design, delivery and quality assurance of TOFI programmes and projects in the assigned field area.
Ensure full compliance with TOFI policies, procedures and donor requirements.
Plan, develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for the field office.
Monitor and guarantee the safety and well‑being of all staff working in the area.

Required profile

Demonstrated ability to lead programme implementation in a humanitarian or displacement context.
Strong understanding of safety and security protocols for field operations.
Commitment to upholding organisational policies and standards.
