Field Coordinator for Health Project Evaluation

About the role

The organisation seeks a dedicated Field Coordinator to oversee on‑site logistics, stakeholder engagement and data collection for the end‑of‑project evaluation of a health and disability‑inclusive development initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ground‑level field deployment, data collection schedules and research teams.
• Facilitate community engagement, local stakeholder consultations and field data collection activities.
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative field data collection to ensure high data quality, ethics and protocol adherence.
• Support lead technical evaluators in organizing focus group discussions, key informant interviews and field site visits.
• Consolidate field reports, data logs and documentation for the evaluation team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field coordination, primary data collection or community engagement.
• Practical operational experience and geographical knowledge of Masvingo Province preferred.
• Fluent in English and Shona (written and spoken).
