About the role
Nomaya Lounge & Grill is seeking a driven and outgoing Field Marketer to attract groups, companies and celebrations to its venue.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate and social clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to pitch Nomaya’s venue for team buildings, staff meals, parties and other events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotations and proposals, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Develop relationships with HR managers, event planners, group leaders and other decision‑makers.
- Generate repeat business and referrals from satisfied customers.
- Submit regular updates on leads, visits, follow‑ups and confirmed bookings.
Required profile
- Confident, persuasive and target‑driven, willing to hustle for new business.
- Experience in field sales, hospitality, events or business development is an advantage.
What we offer
- 10 % commission on every confirmed booking, with no base salary.
- Commission paid within 3–4 days after the client’s payment.
