Field Marketing Executive (2 Positions)

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring two Field Marketing Executives for the Coast Region. The role supports business growth and brand visibility by generating qualified leads, carrying out on-ground market research, running promotional activities and building relationships with prospective clients to drive sales and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Run field marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and represent the company professionally at activations, roadshows, exhibitions and events.
• Distribute marketing materials and explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through field visits and networking, generate leads and follow them up to close business.
• Carry out on-ground market research on customer needs, trends and competitor activity, and report customer feedback.
• Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients and handle their inquiries.
• Keep records of daily field activities, leads and interactions, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity and performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in field marketing, brand activation or a similar customer-facing role.

Required skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Proven lead generation and customer engagement ability.
• Good networking, relationship-building, organisational and time-management skills.

The stated pay is KSHS 18,000 net plus a transport allowance of KSHS 5,000. Applications are made by sending a CV to the company's recruitment team; interviews are held on a rolling basis until the positions are filled.
