About the role

UMS Kenya is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell its prepaid metering solutions in the Kisumu area. The role involves building customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new customers and sales agents.
  • Promote and sell UMS prepaid metering solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and follow‑ups.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and submit activity reports.
  • Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous field sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Own or have access to reliable transport.
