Field Sales Executive – Pest Control & Hygiene Services

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will promote and sell WICE's pest control, fumigation, cleaning and hygiene solutions to commercial and residential clients within an assigned territory. This is a field‑based role that requires regular visits to prospects, relationship building and closing sales contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers in the designated city and surrounding areas.
• Conduct daily on‑site visits to potential clients and book site inspections.
• Sell pest control, fumigation, cleaning and hygiene services to hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, offices, apartments, warehouses, supermarkets and other businesses.
• Generate residential pest‑control leads where appropriate.
• Identify and engage facility managers, procurement managers, property managers, administrators and business owners.
• Prepare quotations, follow up aggressively and close sales.
• Develop recurring service contracts and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up existing customers for repeat business and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect databases and submit daily activity reports.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
• Experience selling pest control, cleaning, hygiene or other B2B services is highly desirable.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑selling abilities.
• Confidence approaching decision‑makers without prior appointments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of the selected territory and ability to work independently.
